I liked writing in this nice sweet journal for three months! Honestly, it wasn’t that helpful, but it was nice to focus for five minutes before work。 I skipped the weekends mostly, cause I wanted to use it for work mostly, since I start my day pretty early around 4 am! So this helped me start my day nicely before the racket。

It’s a good quality paperback journal and it enables you to think about yourself, not selfishly but to get yourself into a better place to start the day。 It encourages you to spend just 5 minutes a day putting yourself first with lots of different ideas and tasks to follow。 For anyone who is interested in well being and mindfulness this book is a must。
